Ethereum has been stuck between 1800-1900 for a week now, starting with a fluctuation of around 100 dollars, now down to about 30. Based on experience, it's time to choose a direction. Big money is waiting for some news, maybe a bill, maybe a war, but definitely nothing good is being held back.

If the decline cannot be stopped no matter what Hopefully, the bill not passing before the recess will serve as a trigger If not this, it's hard to imagine what reason will be used for the next drop

The cryptocurrency market barometer, miners dominate half the market When have you ever seen mining operate at a loss? If miners stop making money, it means this market has truly bottomed out

AI video production software I've tried so far Ji Meng, Ke Ling, Runway Use Claude Coed or GPT for video storyboarding and content organization Use GPTZ for images, style sampling is done by searching through a bunch of AI-generated image websites Then put it into comfy UI to form a workflow But it feels like the time cost is a bit high, Lobster can do some assistance, but the final editing part still needs to be done manually Are there any good integrated AI software recommendations?

I came across a piece of news: an ordinary employee at Changxin Technology has a paper profit of over 10 million yuan in stocks. Impressive, right? But—there's a three-year lock-up period, so they can't sell. The storage chip industry experiences strong cyclical fluctuations, company performance varies, and stock prices go up and down unpredictably. The 10 million is just "on paper"; no one knows how much it will be after three years. A more realistic issue is that when the restricted shares are unlocked, taxes must be paid. Calculated as salary income, you have to front several million yuan in taxes first—the stocks can't be sold, but the money has to come out first. Behind the story of wealth created by going public lies the uncertainty of the three-year lock-up period, the interest cost of pledged loans, and above all, a big gamble on the future of the industry and the company. Wealth, before it is secured in hand, is ultimately just a number. So, stories of overnight riches are just that—stories. It's better to focus on living well in the present, honestly manage your cash flow within the crypto space, and control what you can. That's far better than anything else.

Briefly describing the current situation in the crypto space 1. Moderate Deleveraging Open Interest (OI) is about $48 billion (760,000 BTC), down 5% from the early July peak. The current price and OI are falling in sync, indicating a deleveraging process rather than short sellers adding positions, resulting in reduced market volatility. 2. Contraction in OTC Stablecoin Supply The total supply of USDT+USDC is about $310 billion, down 1.7% in the past three months. Immediate buying power has decreased, casting doubt on the sustainability of the rebound, so it should not be regarded as a reversal.

Quantum computers, seriously... I'm too lazy to even talk about it

Every bear market has its own flavor of FUD. 2022: "Bitcoin wastes energy." 2024: "Only criminals use Bitcoin." 2026's new flavor has arrived: Quantum computers will kill Bitcoin. Forbes just published a feature titled "The End of Bitcoin." The core argument is that Bitcoin's cryptographic algorithm might be vulnerable to quantum computing. The article cites some data: About 7 million bitcoin:native public keys have already been exposed on the chain, worth approximately $470 billion. In theory, quantum computers could derive private keys from these public keys. Ethereum Foundation researcher Justin Drake estimates that before 2032, there is a 10% chance that quantum computers could derive private keys from exposed public keys. So, is this just a headline-grabbing big news? The reality is, a few days ago, nine institutions including BlackRock, Fidelity, and Coinbase formed the Bitcoin Security Alliance, investing $15 million to research this very issue. After the Coldcard $70 million theft incident, Bitcoin developers have also been seriously discussing post-quantum migration plans. Honestly, having FUD is a good thing. Because it means someone is seriously examining the problem and spending money to solve it. The quantum threat is real, but it is an engineering problem currently being addressed. From a traffic perspective, packaging it as an unsolvable death sentence is more effective. The biggest FUD is silence—no discussion or mention of the scariest issues, like the large number of altcoins that may never recover their value.
